DirectorVijay Tekriwal is a commerce graduate, holding a diploma in computer hardware and software. He began his career by assembling and selling computers, later expanding into pagers and mobile phones. In 1995, at a very young age, he became the second-highest distributor for Modi Page in India.

DirectorVenu Gopal Agarwal is a graduate from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. He completed his B.Sc with Computer Science in 1995. He started with his family’s agro-processing unit of Guar Gum and later took up trading in commodities on listed space and further diversified into the financial markets.
